Lead generation and paid traffic, set up in your accounts
HI Paid Media covers four related services: search ads, paid social, landing pages with forms, and lead tracking with follow-up setup. You can request any one of them. Everything is built in accounts registered to your business, so the campaigns, audiences, pixels and data stay yours if the arrangement ends. Ad spend goes from your card to the platforms. The service fee covers setup and ongoing management, and the partner who does the work quotes it once the scope is clear.
How the four services fit together
Each service can stand alone, though they depend on each other more than people expect. A search campaign sends clicks to a page. The page needs a form that works on a phone. The form needs to send each inquiry somewhere a person will see it, and the ad platform needs to be told when that happens so it can learn which clicks matter. Paid social follows the same chain, sometimes with the form inside Meta or LinkedIn instead of on your site. If one link is weak, the reports stop making sense. That is why plenty of requests cover two or three services at once.
Search advertising
Campaigns for buyers who are already looking. A partner handles setup and routine checks, and the platforms decide where ads appear.
Paid social campaigns
Meta and LinkedIn ads with defined audiences, rotating creative, lead forms and tracking, all in ad accounts you own.
Page builds
Copy, layout, form setup and tracking for new landing pages, or fixes to pages you already send paid traffic to.
Lead tracking and follow-up
Conversion tags, CRM routing and follow-up reminders set up so each inquiry is recorded with its source and assigned to someone.
Four steps to a quote
You can stop at any point before signing.
- Request: describe the service and your situation on the quote form.
- Handoff: we send it to a service partner, who replies to you directly.
- Scoping: you and the partner agree channels, pages, tracking and reporting.
- Quote: the partner prices that scope, and you accept, adjust or decline it.
What drives cost
Two separate costs apply. Ad spend is what you pay Google, Microsoft, Meta or LinkedIn for clicks and impressions, charged to your own card in your own account. The management fee is what the partner charges for the work, and it depends on scope:
- how many channels are in play, since each platform is managed separately;
- how many landing pages and forms need building or fixing;
- how involved the tracking is, from a single form up to calls, CRM stages and offline conversions;
- how often you want reports and meetings.
The partner quotes once those are clear.
Questions buyers ask
What do reports usually cover?
Most reports show spend, impressions, clicks, conversions such as calls and form fills, cost per conversion, and which campaigns or keywords produced them. Better ones add notes on what changed and why. Ask how often reports arrive, whether you get access to the live accounts, and how leads that became customers are fed back in.
Can I keep my current website?
Usually, yes. Ads can point to existing pages if they load quickly, match the ad and have a clear form or contact option. Many businesses add a few dedicated landing pages for ads and leave the main site as it is. The service partner can say which pages are suitable after looking at them.
How is the management fee usually set?
Common models are a flat monthly fee, a fee that scales with ad spend, or a project fee for setup work. What drives it is the number of channels and campaigns, how many landing pages are involved, how involved the tracking is, and how often you want reports and calls. Ask what is included and what costs extra.
Will I need to answer leads myself?
Yes, or someone on your side will. The service partner sets up how inquiries are captured and routed, for example an email alert, a CRM entry or a text notification. Who answers and how fast is up to your business, and that response often matters as much as the ads themselves.
Which ad platforms are covered?
Requests usually involve Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising for search, and Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager for paid social. Tracking typically runs through GA4 and Google Tag Manager, with leads passed to a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive. Mention any other platform you use in your request.
A few details about your business is enough to begin. A service partner replies to you directly.
